All Forest Camps through Valley Forest School are led by Outdoor Educators who have been through rigorous training and are well educated on the topics of camp.

June 2-5- Forest School Camp

Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

Location: Valley Forest School Palmyra

Ages 6-12- $300

Ages 3-5- $165 (July 28 and 30 only)

A 4 day forest school crash course! Learn many of the basics we cover during the school year in just one week such as foraging, nature journaling, whittling, and fire building.

June 9-11- Cooking Camp

Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

Location: Valley Forest School Palmyra

Ages 6-12- $235

Ages 3-5- $180 (June 9 and 11 only)

Use the forest and fire to create incredible meals over the fire for this cooking camp! Students will learn to properly use different kitchen utensils to craft delicious meals that include foods they forage in the woods. They make their own healthy and kid-approved lunch every day!

June 16- June 19- Survival Camp

Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

Location: Valley Forest School Palmyra

Ages 6-12- $320

Ages 3-5- $185 (June 16 and 18 only)

Survival Camp is for those who thrive in the outdoors and want to expand their knowledge of how to survive in an outdoor setting. Children will learn how to build a shelter, use a compass and map, filter water, build a fire, forage for food, basic first aid, and many more practical skills. It's a balance of challenge, fun, and adventure.

June 23-26- Wildcraft Camp

Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

Location: Valley Forest School Palmyra

Ages 6-12- $335

Ages 3-5- $195 (June 23 and 25 only)

Wildcraft Camp is for children who are interested in creating handcrafted useful objects for everyday use. Handicrafts included during camp include weaving, whittling/knife skills, candle making, leather crafting, and crafts with foraged plants.

June 30-July 2- Games of the Forest Camp

Time: 9 am-2:30 pm

Location: Valley Forest School Palmyra

Ages 6-12- $225

Ages 3-5- $170(June 30 and July 2 only)

Games of the forest is packed full of camp-style games that teach teamwork and cooperation. Think along the lines of relay races, scavenger hunts, capture the flag, balloon baseball, water-based games, and many other games alongside camp friends both old and new.

July 7-9- Herbalist Camp

Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

Location: Valley Forest School Palmyra

Ages 6-12- $235

Ages 3-5- $180(July 7 and 9 only)

Young Herbalist Camp is for those who love using their creative side to make their own traditional remedies for basic ailments and general good health. Children will learn about the basics of using foraged herbs for good health, foraging techniques, plant identification, the importance of knowing what herbs are safe, and get hands on through mixing and blending their own herbs. At the end of the week, they'll bring home their own handmade set of herbal remedies.

July 14-17- Survival Camp

July 21-24- Water Adventure Camp

Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

Location: Various locations around the Palmyra area within a 30 minute drive(schedule will be sent to enrolled students)

Ages 6-12- $320

Ages 3-5- $185 (July 21 and 23 only)

Water Adventure Camp will take your child on "micro adventures" to awesome natural water sources right around where we live! Cool off in the summer by swimming in natural swimming holes, water relay games, hiking to waterfalls, and catching critters in the lakes and streams.

July 28-31- Forest School Camp

Time: 9 am- 2:30 pm

Location: Valley Forest School Palmyra

Ages 6-12- $300
